Four years of The Corn Islands Virtual Library

Four years ago, on the 19th of August 2021, the Corn Islands Virtual Library project was born, and two years later, in May 2023, it was officially launched on the Internet.

The Virtual Library is an initiative aimed at preserving the historical memory of the islands and promoting the culture and history of the Corn Islands.

We thank all those who have contributed to this effort with their ancestral knowledge, those who share our work, and those who have taken part in the various initiatives we have carried out over the years.

Here’s to many more years of preserving our heritage and celebrating our culture together!
