Corn Islands Legend: The White Dog

Legend has it that during Holy Week, in the neighborhood of North End, in the sector known as Bodden Hill, a little white dog used to appear on the pathway to those who roam this sector after dark.

It is said that whenever you would approach this dog, he would run further ahead until a certain distance, where he would then get bigger and then disappear in the dark.

It is believed that this is the spirit of pirate Gil Patrick Quinn, who roams the island in spirit looking for his gold sward.
